Super Hard Pera Tires, Carbon, Reinforced Wheels Through-hole processing has been done. Work Process: ① Wheel Rounding * We use a dedicated lathe and create original cutting blades for this process. I believe the precision is quite high. ② Tire Adhesion * Adhesive is used, but it can be removed if you want to. I have never had one come off during a race. Instant glue inhibits the flexibility of the tire in the contact area, so I don't use it. ③ Cut to specified dimensions with a cutting blade in almost one shot (+0.1) * When sanding with a file, errors occur over time due to frictional heat. To minimize frictional heat, I use a sharp, non-warping blade. ④ Fine Adjustment I don't sell many tires on Mercari, but I've probably made about 1500 tires in the past, including for my own use and for racers. I am confident in the precision, but this is a personal sale, so there may be errors in the wheels and tires, and tool marks from the manufacturing process. I basically list these as B-grade products, but they may appear over time (such as after complete drying with cleaners). I try to leave some time after manufacturing before listing, but please understand that in such cases, it is to the extent that it does not affect running. There was a person who gave a bad rating even though it was stated in the product description that it was a B-grade product. They even made abusive comments in the comments section, demanding an apology. It's very disappointing.
