Thank you for viewing. This is a Gotts Jazz Soloist Opening E alto saxophone mouthpiece. Although it's difficult to see in the photos, there is some discoloration on the top. There are also scratches from use and marks from the mouthpiece patch. The table surface is in good condition, as you can see in the photos, and it appears that there will be no problem with playing.
