FENDER Custom Shop Custom '54 Stratocaster Pickups Set Functionality confirmed, these pickups were just removed. These pickups were installed in a sub-guitar, so they haven't been used much. The pickup covers and screws were from a different set, so they are unused. Because of the low resistance, you can get a beautiful bell-like tone and a clear, sustained tone by bringing the pickups very close to the strings. Also, this is just my personal opinion, but I thought a 0.1μF/100V capacitor worked best.
