This is a fan-made uchiwa (paper fan) for Genta Matsuda of Travis Japan. From the inside out: Cut sheet (fluorescent yellow) → construction paper (black) → construction paper (white) → construction paper (blue), stars are glitter (silver, pink) → construction paper (black). The second image shows the design placed on a standard-sized uchiwa. It is within the standard size. *Uchiwa is not included. A cutting machine was used, so there are no jagged edges or wrinkles. However, the application was done by an amateur, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. Also, please note that there may be traces of the wood glue used for attachment.
