This is a reproduction of a Popy figure. It's a preserved item that has never been played with, but the adhesive used on the metal parts of the neck doesn't bond well with the soft vinyl, making it very prone to detaching. It hasn't come off yet, but I think the adhesive will eventually fail over time. It would be easy to open it up and fix it, but since it's a deadstock item, I'll leave it as is, being careful. It's in its original, bagged, deadstock condition. It's in very clean condition. About 25 years have passed since its release, so there may be some minor age-related wear and tear, such as scratches or stains. Some parts can be cleaned, but since it's deadstock, I'll leave it as is♪ Old soft vinyl products all end up like this, so I think collectors will understand.
