The waist is elastic and the pants are easy to wear with a light, comfortable feel. It might be difficult to see in the image, but there's a string in the front that can be tied. The color and pattern are easier to see in the fifth photo. There are pockets on the sides and back. The material is 95% polyester and 5% polyurethane. I've worn these about 2-3 times, so they're in good condition. There are no smokers or pets in the house.
