It's knitted a bit stiffly to make it easy to shape. Please check the size in the images. This is a handmade item by my mother, who has enjoyed knitting as a hobby for a long time. She has tried various yarns and used ones with a good feel. As this is a handmade item, it's not the same as a high-end product you would buy in a store, but I hope you understand and that someone will like it. My friends have told me it doesn't look handmade.
