This is a head cover from Master Bunny Edition. I'm not very familiar with Touhou Golf, but I believe this is likely a set of three covers: driver, fairway wood, and utility. Please examine the images for details. Regarding the condition, the driver cover has some scratches. Please check the third photo. Additionally, the driver cover has some discoloration. Please refer to the seventh and ninth photos. I think it's not very noticeable. Other than that, I don't think there are any noticeable scratches.
