Purchased at a skate specialty store, the rocker has been professionally adjusted for outdoor use, and the rocker is intact, so they can be used immediately. The included nuts and bolts are included. Skated 6 times in one season, no falls, but there are some minor scratches on the tube paint (see photos). These are in good condition, but please purchase them if you understand that they are used.
