This is a flexible Rollbahn notebook by Naoya Okazaki. It includes the notebook itself and flake stickers. The flake stickers come in a case, so you can slip them into the notebook for easy carrying. You can also change the contents and put in your favorite stickers, which would be cute. I will wrap it in bubble wrap for shipping.
