These are vintage items from the Showa era. The beautiful design, with its arabesque-like embossed pattern, sparkles beautifully when it catches the light. The rims are flared (opening outwards), enhancing the shine and transparency of the glass. Although this series is over 40 years old, it is still a very attractive item. *The color may appear slightly different depending on the type of lighting, the direction of the light, and the angle. Size: Approximately 16 cm in diameter, approximately 7.1 cm in height. These bowls have a good depth. Perfect for a generous serving of cereal or yogurt for brunch. Use them as serving bowls for salads or fruits. They are also great for main dishes like cold pasta, soba noodles, seafood rice bowls, and loco moco bowls (*'ω'*)! Found during a cleanup of my parents' storage room. They were stored in their original boxes, so they are in unused, beautiful condition! Hasegawa Glass Co., Ltd. was a manufacturer located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, but I have heard that they have already gone out of business. (The company of the same name that is currently operating has no relation to the original company.) Please understand that these items have been stored at home, and consider purchasing them. Please forgive any original glass imperfections, air bubbles, or minor scratches from storage. They will be shipped without the bulky original boxes.
