This is a shamisen body bag made by upcycling a kimono that is no longer worn. Photo 1 shows the bag with my personal Tsugaru shamisen inside (the shamisen is not included). I also tried putting in a hosozao (thin neck) shamisen, as shown in Photo 5. The hosozao fits loosely. Made of green fabric, with the lining made from the back of the kimono fabric. Size: Approximately 33cm x 33cm, gusset approximately 10cm. String length: Approximately 33cm on each side, width approximately 3cm. Please consider this item with the understanding that it is handmade by an amateur. I live with cats and rabbits. The pattern is simple, so I have discounted it more than my other listings.
