I think the fabric's paneling on the arms and the shape of the snap buttons are unique to old UNIQLO. There are two front pockets (actually four, as there are openings from the top and the side), and one inner pocket. There are drawstrings inside around the waist to adjust the silhouette. There are also Velcro straps to adjust the cuffs. It was stored at my parents' house and has hardly been worn. It has been home-cleaned before listing, so it's ready to wear.
