Thank you for viewing. This is a personal decluttering sale. It's a Sledgehammer break/jump cue. As you can see from the photos, it's an early, high-end model with beautiful wood grain. I purchased it new and used it, but I had to stop playing due to a back injury, so it's been stored at home. It is a genuine product. Please rest assured. Before buying this cue, I used a printed-splice break cue and a homemade jump cue. However, when I first used the Sledgehammer owned by an acquaintance, I laughed at how easy the jump was, and I bought it immediately. As you know, it's convenient because one cue is enough for both break and jump shots. As mentioned above, I've been away from billiards since my back injury, and I'd like to sell it to someone who will use it. I tested it for the listing, and although there is some slight warping in the shaft due to aging, I didn't notice it at all. (Perceptions may vary.) Of course, since it's "wood," it will absorb moisture and dry out, but it should be fine if you keep it at a billiard shop. There are no steps at the joint. Of course, it depends on the rack you set up, but it breaks cleanly, and the jump shots were easy and effortless, even after not playing for a while. There are many cues of this type these days, but I think the Sledgehammer is the easiest to use. If you are interested, please consider it.
