The product was purchased about a year and a half ago, but I used it for about six months and then stopped using it, so I am selling it. I have used various headsets, and the sound quality and voice quality are both top-class. As shown in the photo, there is a crack in the cover at the base of the USB, but there is no problem with use. Also, regarding the ear pads, I only used one of them, so the other one is new.
