This is a miniature mask wall decoration, a souvenir from Venice. It's hard to tell in the photo, but it has glitter and a vibrant color scheme. I think it's made of plaster. The texture feels like ceramic, not plastic. 5cm x 6.5cm I've kept it wrapped in bubble wrap, and when I took it out for the photo, the tip of the nose was a little dirty.
