This is a deba knife from Yanagibashi, Tokyo. I received it quite a while ago and used it a few times back then, but it's a bit heavy, and I don't cook many dishes that require a deba knife, so I've kept it stored away. Please understand that it has been stored at home for a long time. The weight is about 240g according to a household scale. The outer box shows signs of aging, such as deterioration and dirt. The blade has some cloudiness. It might be restored by polishing, but I will send it as is. *I have not polished it.*
