Purchased in 2021 and worn every summer. There are brown stains and light pink stains on the back near the feet. Although there is a feeling of use as it was worn every year, the fabric and pleats are sturdy, so I think it can still be worn! It's white, but it has a petticoat on the inside, so it's designed to be less see-through.:*
