I think this is in good condition for this model. Please check the photos for the condition. Everything in the photos, including the reel case and instruction manual, is included. I don't personally feel any significant roughness or grinding. The line is Seaguar PE X8, either 2.5 or 3, with 300m spooled. I've only used it once or twice since re-spooling, so I'll include it as is.
