This is the Wii version of "Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time." It includes the package, the game disc, and the instruction manual. There is no noticeable damage, but there are some scratches, discoloration, and dirt due to aging. Also, I do not currently own a Wii console, so I have not been able to confirm that it works.
