Purchased for 30,000 yen at a dress shop in Kitashinchi 5 years ago. The elastic waist makes it comfortable. Size 7-9 ok (Seller is 163cm tall). Features a ribbon at the chest and a back zipper. Only worn once, so it's in good condition.
