This is a soft material bib or neck warmer featuring Anpanman characters. It's made of winter-weight material. The "Skylark Group" branding suggests it was a promotional item from a restaurant. I received it as a hand-me-down, but I never used it. The previous owner's usage is unknown, but there are signs of wear and tear, including fraying and snags from the Velcro. Consider using it as a cape for a stuffed animal, too.
