This is a refined and elegant visiting kimono. It appears understated at first glance, but features intricate details like shibori (tie-dye) and embroidery. The shibori has stretched slightly. There is a seam at the waist, but it will be hidden by the obi (sash). This is a very fine garment, and the seam was added to accommodate someone tall. The design features tsujigahana (a type of floral pattern), making it suitable for wear in three seasons. In the last photo, there is a very small stain that looks like a dye defect. The actual color is a slightly greenish gray compared to the photos. This kimono is easy to pair with various types of obi.
