This is a Minnie Mouse skirt from LittC by Shimamura. It comes with inner pants, so it's safe! I wore it only once at Disneyland. I've only worn it once, but as you can see in the fourth photo, there are some white areas (the red color came off due to washing...?). I am not considering lowering the price.
