This is a heko obi (soft obi) purchased in Kyoto. It's made of a red, satin-like fabric and white floral lace, and I believe it can be worn reversibly. I love it, but I don't have the opportunity to wear it, so I'm selling it. It's new and unused, but the bag has been opened for measurements, etc. For those who understand that this is a home-stored item.
