SONY DCR-TRV30 This is a Sony Handycam video camera. I'm not familiar with cameras, so I don't know the details, but it powered on when I turned it on (see image). There is a battery, but when I try to charge it, it displays "red and green blinking". I think the battery is probably unusable. Therefore, you will need to prepare a battery.
