This was purchased over 20 years ago. It does not have shoulder straps, but they can be attached. Lace and floral embroidery on the entire front. Plain on the back. The fabric is thin and has no padding. As it is an old item, there are some slightly yellowed areas on the lace (please check the photos), but they are not noticeable.
