The original pattern remains, but the impact of the pattern is subdued by the overdying, making it easy to match with patterned curtains and cushions. The wear and tear from aging and processing is also beautifully displayed, giving it a vintage feel. The original edges, which are usually cut and sewn, are intact and in good condition.
