This is a Blu-ray (first press edition), a pamphlet, and a keychain. I played it once after purchasing and stored it in a dark place. There are some minor stains and scratches on the exterior, but there are no noticeable stains or scratches on the box, disc, or booklet. The pamphlet was stored with a book cover.
