[8] Shape: Natural Stone Inkstone ◉ It is said that Murasaki Shikibu used this Wakada Suzuri inkstone when she wrote The Tale of Genji. It is a piece that is easy to use and gives a refreshing and clear feeling even when just looking at it. This work makes full use of natural stone. No particular stone patterns are visible. The edges of the inkstone are boldly cut.
