They use a 9mm Vibram sole, and a thin cloth is placed on the part that touches the sole (upper part of the sole). The attached Performance Laces fit the foot securely, making them ideal for running. The thong part has stainless steel thread running through it, connected to the copper part on the sole's underside, achieving excellent earthing functionality. Once you adjust the laces initially, you can easily put them on and take them off just by raising and lowering the heel cord. They offer a comfortable barefoot feel and a sense of unity that makes you forget you're wearing them, setting them apart from regular beach sandals.
