The reason for the "as is" condition is that while the first photo shows three shades in good condition, one shade was accidentally broken during cleaning for the listing. Therefore, as shown in the seventh photo, there are only two shades. Please be aware of this. This is a used item. Please consider that there may be some minor scratches and dirt associated with use. There are no noticeable large scratches or stains. Please refer to the photos for the condition. The item includes three daylight LED light bulbs and the instruction manual, as shown in the photos. Everything in the photos is included. The first photo was taken when the product was tested for functionality. As mentioned above, one of the shades was broken and is not included.
