Mallet No. 36 SATO B92 TWO TONE / 4 sticks (2 pairs) Yarn-wound, custom-made, highly valuable. Keiko Abe requested that Hidehiko Sato first devised the TWO TONE mallets in Japan. You can see TWO TONE in Yamaha's catalogs, but they are no longer in the current SATO catalog and cannot be found, making them extremely rare. The standard SATO TWO TONE mallet is A92, but because a lighter weight was needed, Mr. Sato made these with the B92 type. I rarely perform with 6 mallets, but I consider 6 as a unit, including spares. These are four of those (2 pairs). The items for sale have been stored and I don't remember using them. If I did, it was only for a test play. In any case, there may be some aging, so please check the photos for any warping of the handles or dirt on the heads. Especially, the rattan handles, unlike birch, have the "flexibility" but also tend to warp more than necessary. Please be aware of this and consider them as home-stored items. To avoid any problems after purchase, please be sure to ask any questions or clarify any points before purchasing. If you wish to purchase only two, I will list them for 6777 yen, so please contact me. Please also see my profile "Regarding Transactions." #Mallet #Marimba #Vibraphone #Xylophone #Percussion
