This is a Japanese-made stainless steel cake server. The handle is wood, and when you press the round part, a small spatula slides out, allowing you to push the cake off. The mark is the logo of Yamada Hamono (currently YAX), one of the three Fujimoto Knife Trading Wholesalers. YAX STAINLESS STEEL JAPAN is engraved on it. Approximate size: Length: 26.5cm Width: 5.8cm (widest part of the spatula) It's very convenient and recommended for cutting and serving whole cakes, but it has been used. There are no chips on the wooden part, and the movement is not a problem.
