I purchased this about a year ago and have used it quite a bit. The earphones work without any problems, but the case often doesn't respond when I try to put them away. Because of this, I have to put them back in or push them in several times before they respond. However, it's still usable. There are no scratches on the main body. This is a product with some issues, so price negotiations are welcome. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items stored by a non-professional. I will clean it thoroughly before shipping.
