This is a knit hat for dogs with ear holes. It's made by combining three strands of pale mint and light green yarn to make it fluffy, warm, and durable. The face and neck are ribbed, and the top of the head is stockinette stitch. A size-adjustment string is threaded through to prevent slippage. To ensure a comfortable fit, it's made with soft, stretchy, and skin-friendly wool blend yarn using knitting needles. Although crocheted items can be made faster, they tend to be stiff and not very stretchy, so I've chosen to use knitting needles even though it takes more time. While I knit each one carefully, there may be some loose thread ends or slight irregularities in the stitch pattern. Knit products may unravel or tear if pulled strongly or subjected to impact.
