This is based on my subjective assessment, but I have confirmed that it works. The only included item is the main unit. I believe the Commander was discontinued. The appeal of this product is the high number of buttons for its price range, its ability to run on batteries or USB bus power, and its compatibility with numerous software and hardware. The response is good, and it has two expression pedal jacks, providing excellent expandability. *Returns are not accepted for reasons such as the product being different from what was expected or dissatisfaction with scratches, etc.*
