This is a Denis Wick cornet mouthpiece. It's a size 3, equivalent to a Bach 1½. The unmarked version is deeper than a 3B, with a depth similar to a flugelhorn mouthpiece. I bought it used, but I haven't used it much, so it's in good condition.
