The item has been repaired internally. The repair material is a mixture of kneaded lacquer and polishing powder. Initially, I used resin to attach it on the front side, but I thought it would probably break again, so I reinforced it. Most Inari statues face sideways, so this one, facing forward, is quite rare. It's probably from the Edo period. Please be aware that there is some shine from the resin on the front side. Also, please understand that the repair work is amateur. The cracks do not perfectly align. It doesn't look great, but I think it's become more robust due to the reinforcement on the back. Height: Approximately 13cm The size is approximate. The actual item may differ slightly in color from the images. As it is an old item, there are age-related scratches, stains, and discoloration.
