This is an active booster assembly powered by a 9-volt square battery. Based on my connection and testing, it seems to have: Vol, Balancer, and 3-band EQ controls. Please understand if I am mistaken. The Vol control uses an A500k pot, and the EQ controls use B50k pots, so it seems like it would be used by installing it in a passive pickup. The balancer and B50k pots have center clicks, but I'm not sure if the center is EQ flat. Although it is unused, there are solder marks on the balancer's pickup wiring positions. It can be used by wiring it to the pickup and ground, but it may also be good for parts. Please note that there may be age-related changes such as scratches and rust from transportation and storage, so please understand that this is a no-return, no-refund item. ※The images are samples.
