I apologize if I am mistaken, as I couldn't confirm this on the official website, but I believe this set covers the following 14 consecutive years: Heisei 10 (1998) - Year of the Tiger (Tora) Heisei 9 (1997) - Year of the Ox (Ushi) Heisei 8 (1996) - Year of the Rat (Ne) Heisei 7 (1995) - Year of the Boar (I) Heisei 6 (1994) - Year of the Dog (Inu) Heisei 5 (1993) - Year of the Rooster (Tori) Heisei 4 (1992) - Year of the Monkey (Saru) Heisei 3 (1991) - Year of the Sheep (Hitsuji) Heisei 2 (1990) - Year of the Horse (Uma) Heisei 1 (1989) - Year of the Snake (Mi) Showa 63 (1988) - Year of the Dragon (Tatsu) Showa 62 (1987) - Year of the Rabbit (U) Showa 61 (1986) - Year of the Tiger (Tora) Showa 60 (1985) - Year of the Ox (Ushi) Some plates have been displayed, while others are unused. The six older plates are slightly larger than the remaining eight. There are also six plate stands for the larger plates and eight for the smaller ones.
