This is a novelty hat won in a lottery at the Tokyo City Keiba (TCK). TCK 2015.11.3 Unused, but has been stored at home by a non-professional in a lidded shelf since then. Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post. I will pack it in a way that preserves its shape as much as possible, but there is a possibility of slight creases during shipping.
