This is a highly rare, brand new, unopened copy of the popular PS1 game "Land Maker." - It has been stored in an OPP bag for many years, and the plastic is in very good condition (I took it out of the OPP bag just before taking the photos), but the obi (sleeve) has some discoloration from front to side.
