If your dog is determined to "absolutely go outside" for potty breaks, you can't skip the walk just because it's raining...^^; One raincoat might not dry in time for an evening walk, so it's convenient to have 2 or 3. Care instructions: It has a waterproof and water-repellent finish, so if it gets dirty, please wash it gently by hand.
