Selling because my child has outgrown it. Worn about 3 times in formal settings. It looks black in the picture, but it's a deep navy blue. There's a little wear on the hem, but it's not labeled and there are no frays, so the overall condition is good. It's 50% cotton, so it doesn't have the scratchiness that some knits have. I've carefully inspected the item before listing, but there may be oversights. I hope that those who understand that this is used children's clothing will purchase it.
