This is a super rare ruler sold by Mitsubishi Pencil at the time of the release of Super Mario (early 1990s?). It's probably hard to find these days. This is a very rare deadstock item that is in beautiful condition. It features nostalgic illustrations of Mario and Yoshi. The picture changes depending on the angle.
