My child's actual size is 80cm, so it should be a perfect fit for a child who wears size 90. 90cm Shirt: Width 58cm, Length 35cm, Sleeve 29cm Pants: Waist 40cm, Length 49cm This is a 3-piece set including a shirt (with a sewn-on bow tie), pants, and a belt. Only tried on once, never worn outside.
