This is a high-quality flared skirt purchased at Ginza Maggy. The skirt length is 70cm, falling below the knee. The lining is separate, with tulle lace underneath and cotton lawn for the rest, allowing for versatile layering with other skirts. The main fabric is a crisp polyester with pleats in the center. Hem width is 100cm x 2. I have had the waist altered to 78cm plus 10cm due to weight gain, but it can be easily restored.
