I purchased these about 6 years ago. I wore them twice, for my graduation and entrance ceremonies, and have kept them at home since then. There are some stains on the soles. They have been washed. I don't remember the size because there's no marking, so I measured them with a measuring tape. I believe they are about 13cm.
