Mad Professor Effector FACTORY Series Overdrive Sweet Honey Overdrive FAC [Domestic Genuine Product] ■SWEET HONEY OVERDRIVE FAC The Sweet Honey Overdrive (SHOD), designed by BJF, is a low-gain overdrive pedal that responds sensitively to finger touch. It is designed to achieve everything from driving a distorted amp further to a light overdrive that allows you to control dynamics with a clean sound. The level of distortion can be controlled by picking attack and the volume of the pickup. Pick harder for overdrive, and pick softly for a clean tone. The unique FACUS control allows you to adjust the feel of the distortion, dynamics, and overall EQ. Turning this control fully counterclockwise gives you a mellow tone with little distortion, suitable for jazz and blues; turning it fully clockwise gives you a bright distortion with a slight boost in the high frequencies. Previously, the BJF Honey Bee was the only overdrive of this type, but it is now released as a Mad Professor version.
